We always preauthorize with your Insurance Carrier before discussing your Treatment Plan with you, however in some cases, the Carrier will pay less than they agree on the preauthorization. In these cases, a balance will be due and we will have to bill you for the remainder. We take all precautions to try and avoid these occurrences.
